Recently switched to Sky Q from BT but poor signal upstairs
Recently switched to Sky Q from BT but poor signal upstairs. Any suggestions, daughter having to pay more for phone data as signal poor

@Pete76 did you have wifi extenders when you had the BT broadband? It is unclear but do you have Sky Q TV boxes as well as Sky Broadband?
