No channels are loading when they are on it glitches and since iv had it we can't connect our iPhones to the Wi-Fi as it's not strong enough

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Nat62 sounds like you need to improve the WiFi in your home either by paying Sky for an add-on like WiFi Max or buy your own kit. IHones default to switching to mobile date if thst is faster than WiFi turn off the WiFi Assist option in the Mobile Data settings if you dont want them to do that - you have to scroll down to find it.
