No router

my new sky broadband was activated on the 14th of March. I have still not received my router  I have spoke to them on the phone at five times every single time they give it an excuse of why it's not been delivered I contacted them yesterday and they said they would send a router out with an engineer today again it did not arrive. I absolutely no idea what this company is playing at. Looks like my only option is to cancel my contract

@David011971 you are more patientvthan I would have been but in the hope they can help I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

What is the point   of talking to somebody again? I've already done it five times. And every single time I'm lied to
