No response to query

Contacted support a week ago- issue with poor WiFi signal and interference from Sky Glass. Sent me Ethernet cable to by pass demand from Sky Glass. Promised to conta ct me between 12 and 1 today?

No response. Tried contacting on phone 150 and not transferred my query. Still poor wi fi signal at back of house 0 or 1 bar. Appalling support ?
