Returns query

I recently moved my broadband to another provider. I looked online to return the sky broadband box as the new firm had told me there would be a charge.  I paid for the return at the post office. Now, I have been in touch with sky as they have kept on charging me! I finally now have a cancellation email and they are now saying I must return the equipment or I will be fined - I already returned it. Any idea how I can resolve this please?

Hopefully you have kept the reciept for the return postage to the sky return centre.

You would be quicker to call SKY again and the advisor will explain how to upload the reciept

to the site so they can check and track the return back to them.
