So there was an 'outage' yesterday in the UK however a neighbour had openreach out and ever since our phone and internet are off? Could anyone help me what to do sky's virtual assistant are stating there is a sky engineer in progress but no date or time is confirmed but I really think this has something to do with outside the house I'm not sure if our line has been knocked accidentally.
