Yes same issue. I have white wifi light, but no network, all tests say its working but there is no network to connect too

Having same issue in Worcestershire. Lights on but no connection. When testing on the app it says everything is working

Same issue in Kettering. Router has a white light, but no option to choose the network.

There used to be an issue affecting some of the white Sky hubs where you can no longercsee the WiFi SSID. If thst sounds like your issue then it can be sorted by resetting the hub. Press and hokd in the WPS button on the right hand edge for up to 30 seconds until the LED starts rapidly flashing green then release. You will ose any custom settings butvthe SSID should be back.

Same issue in Norfolk. Tried to perform reset and no luck either. Turn off turn on also not working.

It's frustrating that it seems we can't reach someone from Sky with a helpful solution for the problem, it's just us, a handful of people who doesn't really know what to do. What can I say, it's good that I'm in my cooling off period.

Thereset process does wirk if the issue is with the white hub and it has a white light indicating it is connected however if you release the wps button before the light starts rapidly flashing green which takes what seems likexan age tge hub wont have reset.

If after that you arexstuck you will have to call Sky.
