@Chrisee @I have tried for minutes, nothing happens, it just seems like the hub(the white one) is the issue, even tho' the light is white

Having same issue in Ayrshire. Test says connection is good. Light is on but no WiFi connection available

@PaulaMlnc if the hub restarted fully which takes a couple of minutes tgen you will havecto call Sky and report the issue.

I'm having the same issue in Suffolk and have tried resetting it twice but my devices still can't pick up WiFi. Not great as I work from home!

You should still be able to get internet by connecting your computer to the router via an Ethernet cable. The issue seems isolated to the wireless connection.

So, tried resetting the hub again, for the 5th time. White light until green then red and the it keeps blinking red a few times and green a few times then again red and then white. Now the WiFi seems to work but I'm still not satisfied this the speed. Hope it helps

The only problem now seem to be the overheating of the hub. It's so hot it seems it's going to melt.

@User646466 The issue seems to be simply the hub has stopped broadcasting the WiFi SSID which is why the reset works. You can lrobably connect by manually typing both the SSID and password as well.
