What time can I expect my broadband to be activated?
I received a text from Sky at 8am this morning saying "Hi. Great news, your Sky Broadband is now active. To find out how to set up your hub go to sky.com/hubsetup." Then a text from Openreach at about 4pm saying it was active on their end. All lights on the hub and the ONT are working correctly, but when I run a test in the Sky app it says "Hub Wifi" is OFF. Is this normal and it just hasn't been activated yet, or is it something else?

@OL7 if your devices cannot see the new Sky network try restting your new Sky hub by pressing and holding in the WPS button for upmto 30 seconds when the led starts flashing green. Oncectge hub restarts you should see the new network.
Otherwise give Sky a call.
