No network connection

My sky dish is showing no network connection on settings

Please explain what's happening. Your Sky satellite dish isn't connected to broadband (where you've posted).

Where are you seeing this? Presumably on your TV. Which TV platform do you subscribe to, Sky+ or Sky Q?
