My sky dish is showing no network connection on settings

It's showing no network connection I have tried all the instructions

Please explain what's happening. Your Sky satellite dish isn't connected to broadband (where you've posted).

Where are you seeing this? Presumably on your TV. Which TV platform do you subscribe to, Sky+ or Sky Q?
