Xbox locked to Moderate and Strict NAT type

So some context behind my issue.

I unplugged my gaming set up a few days ago, left it unplugged for about 4-6 hours. When replugging it back in, I find my Xbox is locked to "Moderate NAT" due to UPnP not being enabled, I can assure you it's enabled as it's the first thing I did upon getting my router, my Xbox is also wired through Ethernet from a Sky Max Pod. Some steps I've tried to no avail.

I have disabled UPnP and then restarted the router and then re-enabled it and then restarted the router once again. This did not work.

I have Port Forwarded all the ports on router required for Xbox. This did not work

I put my Xbox behind a DMZ. This did not work.

What does seem to work is when I turn on my Xbox, and then immediately restarting it, sets my NAT to Open.

In other testing I have done, it also has my PS5 and PC NAT to Moderate.

Some insight or advice would be good here, as I'm close to switching to BT.

@NeilJ767 Are you just new to the sky Max as the sky Hub off choice along with the Pods etc!

@NeilJ767 Is that a yes, had the sky Max for yonks, been working great and now my new MAP-T has grabbed and shut down the gaming NAT's that i dont like! Have you done a reset recently or been asked too and that has setback the sky Max hub?

A reset? Like restated the router? If so yes. I've noticed I'm saddled with MAP-T as well, and I think that's the issue. It restricts NAT

Re: Xbox locked to Moderate and Strict NAT type

@NeilJ767 The sky Max hub use's MAP-T as it's default and all that goes with it, not a gamer, do not use sky hubs at all now, and you could/can be correct, is this something that you are trying to sort out to get an open NAT for gaming etc?

If so then uPnP is something to look at as well with your port fwding all with the Max in mind, and if you stuck it in the DMZ all your FW was bypassed!
