No longer have a working phone after city fiber was connected

Hi,I had city fiber connection put in on 22nd December 2025,and was told to wait till 12pm and our BT phone line would be working..

I now have no phone line,

By definition it's not going to be a 'BT phone line' once Sky Broadband over CityFibre optical infrastructure is in place.

 

The Sky Talk Internet Calls service is accessed by plugging an analogue handset or DECT base into the 'phone' socket on the rear of the Hub.

 

BT 'Digital Voice' branded telephone hardware (including their wireless adapter) will no longer function, not will any internal telephone extension sockets.

@Suexxx Also the sky help if you need that linked below, not sure how effective it may be with a CF line but would think it will be the same!
