Hi I want to disable sky shield, I am a sky ireland customer, when I try to access the settings on mysky it says sorry something went wrong, I am the primary sky id, anyone know what I can do?
@Cathk044 Call sky ROI and have them take a look at your account side, they also will be able to set it to the required level you need if you want them to do it also for you!
