No internet

I've checked the status on website and says it's okay. It is not. It's been disconnecting every day about 5 times. It says connected without Internet and the Internet light on the hub is not on. The wireless one is

Same issue. Constantly kicking me out of sky stream despite saying good service.

It's a black router. Not only is wifi incredibly slow, but watching any TV programme seems to start pixilating so pretty much unwatchable
