No internet

My box is connected tv says connected with no Internet iv tried the full reset not working

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

If there isn't try running the line test here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

@Penny30  Can you make the choice of what router you have from the link below and follow what light(s) are on your router and what colour if any they are.
