Hi my internet isnt working the voice light is amber and i cannot connect anything

I have no Internet and cannot connect anything my power and WiFi lights are green and Internet is flashing orange and voice is staying orange I have tried all the advice but still not working

@Fiona54 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
