Ive tried all the stuff they say to do but the hub just has a red light and says connected without Internet on my phone but the app says everything is fine

My internet is down too. I have had this issue before and someone on here told me it could be Sky doing maintenance. I wish however they either let us know in advanced, or have it somewhere on the places we are told to check if that is the case.

If thats the case they should let us know in advance but it would be nice if the app would say something too as it just keeps saying that everything is fine right now and the hub is working when it clearly isn't

Same issue here, WiFi off, lights on the hub are now green and orange. Cannot connect anything
