No internet

We currently have no Internet. The router shows only the 1st and 3rd light green the 2nd Internet light is flashing red. We have tried switching off and also resetting. Nothing works. Your online service checker shows we have an issue and then when i go through lets fix it, it tests and says there are no issues- when there clearly are. Please could you get this sorted .

Does sound like a line issue. Sky wont take any action from your forum post through, you would need to call them

Thank you for that. I didn't bother to read on the app that the message was going to the forum 🤣  I really thought I was messaging Sky.😆
