Why is there no internet! This is not acceptable when I paying for a service I'm not receiving

@Alice59 unfortunately thinks break or get damaged no isp can or will guarantee 24/7 connectivity. Run the service checker in the My Sky app using a mobile connection to see if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line if they aren't call them to report the problemso it can be checked out.
