Keeps going on red

Service checker saying everything is fine but red dots still on wifi box.I have turned it off at the switch and on again and still on red.My telephone keeps pinging aswell so wonder if its a phone line fault im just unsure what to do

@Caravan4 if the issue continues today it does sound like a line fault. If the service checker is not telling you Sky are aware of an issue with your line give yhema call so they can getthe issue checked out.

 

However loss of connection  between midnight and 5am are often due to work being done on the network so if your line is acting nor,ally today that was the likelycause.
