No Internet

No internet , no internet connection. The wifi doesn't work!!

@Claudiax91 run the service checker in the My Sky app using a mobile connection to see if it tells you thst Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line. If they aren't call them and report the fault so it can be checked out.
