Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mr_and_Mrs_M loss of connection overnight are normally caused by network mantenace. The intial test does not pick up line drops for a period but if you click to test your broadband you may learn more as the should tell you if Sky are aware of an outage affecting your line. If it doesn't and your service is still down at 8am call Sky to report the fault.
