No internet at all , the sky app says everything is ok and has checked my router lol the router has been turned off with power unplugged for the last 30 minutes to try and reset it

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Colin+Wright If your service is still down this morning run the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection to see if there is a known issue locally to you. If not call Skyband to report the issue
