I have the same and has been that way since about 3pm this afternoon,says there is an outage for my area which may take 2 days to fix. Not impressed as I have sky glass so means I can't even watch tv

@Kelly102 & @Jonathan821 If your service is still down this morning run the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection to see if there is a known issue locally to you. If not call Skyband to report the issue
