@CraigH how are you measuring speeds? if over wifi you are almost certainly not measuring thecspeed to the hub which is what is guaranteed but the speed of the Wifi connection from the hub to your device which isn't. To test the speed to the hub you have to use a direct gigabit ethernet link which if nothing elsecis running should test around 900Mb/s. If you are using ethernet query it with Sky but full fibre very rarely doesnt deliver ghe speed you are buying.

The other point to keep in mind is that the standard SR203 black Sky Hub only supports wifi 5 which tops out around 600Mb/s so cannot deliver the full Gigabit speeds to a single device. On the surface that seems bad until you realisectgat very few if any apps can use let alone need more than your current 200Mb/s and the extra bandwidth you are buying is more about supporting multiple users. You can pay to upgrade to the Wifi Max package if you dont have Sky Q boxes which supports wifi6 but it costs £7.50 a month but can provide extenders if you need them.
