My internet has not been working since about 4:30 this evening. I have tried everything to fix it but think ir is an external issue. It is coming on but extremely slow. Can't watch my sky TV or do anything. I have super fast broadband.

I have done all that about 50 times. It says there are no problems in the area.
Internet is on but there is no wifi. Tv is just a blank blue screen. It did come up with a message that there is a technical issue and theyre working hard to fix the problem. But this has been going on since 4:30pm yesterday.

WiFi is so slow it's practically non existent. The link will not even work for me.

It won't open on 5G, says it cannot open the page because I'm not connected to the internet.
I have spoke to sky and they've ran me through a bunch of trouble shooting. Which was mainly focusing on the tv when the tv is not the issue, the internet is and it is clearly a external issue. An engineer is coming on Monday which isn't particularly helpful.
