My internet has been dropping in and out

My internet has been dropping in and out since 1am this morning, this happens every couple of minutes, sky says there are no faults in the area,

@Kat40  Just checking the service checker does not always show there is a fault.

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

It won't let me, the sky hub just keeps resetting itself, it was fine before but started at 1am this morning it must have reset 500 times now if not more the longest it's been ok for is 13 minutes

@Kat40  You don't need the broadband to be up to do this test as it can be done using mobile data.

Shows no faults, but there clearly is it shouldn't just be resetting itself over and over

@Kat40  Does the power light go red or stay green when it is doing this or go out completely?

Goes out, then comes back on red till all lights come back on, then turn green, then it will stay on for a few minutes then do it again, it's been all day

@Kat40  Are you able to try the router in another plug socket  and is the router making any funny noises?

It's a new hub it was only connected 1st Feb 24

@Kat40  Was the same thing happening to your old hub and why did you have to change it?

Changed from vodaphone back to sky, beginning to wish we hadn't now
