If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Hiya, thank you for replying. I have ran the test twice and both times I have received an Ooops that didn't work message saying sky are having problems with their tests!

Tests on the app blatantly lie anyway.
no internet at mine in Skipton North Yorkshire. Twice it's gone off now and both times Sky reports everything is fine and connected when very clearly it's not. Getting really **bleep** off with this now. Time stamped pictures available if anyone knows how to attach them on here

Ahh ok. Well the tests aren't working anyway. Message is we are having problems with our tests and they're not available at the moment.
I have Hive so no heating either. It has been dipping in an out all day, but since 7pm nothing at all. Red light on router.
