We have the Sky model SR203. There's no light on the internet button. I have followed the steps on the settings of unplugging and plugging the 3 wires, but nothing changed. Can you please assist me?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Hanan+Aln loss of internet after midnight is often down to the network being maintained or upgraded so it may well be back up this morning. If it isnt run the Connection Test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection as thst can tell you about known faults and can book an engineer if it finds an issue.
If still stuck call Sky and report the issue if you use your Sky Talk line dial 150 for a free call (thst number also works on Sky Mobile phones).
