Since my house move February 2021, I haven't been able to check my broadband via the sky app. It gets stuck on "your devices and setup" Has anyone had similar previously? And found a fix?

@Amilli95Have you re-started the router due to this problem happening?

Hi @Highlinder, thanks for your reply. Yes I have tried restarting the router, sadly it didn't help! I'm guessing it's my setup that's causing the issue. But can't think what!

@Amilli95You could try leaving the internet off for around 30 minutes and only having a few devices connected to start off with to see if the test will complete. We have seen the test completing and showing no devices connected and a lower speed than that showing via the router stats.
