Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

No way. The test doesn't work at all and show not real details, incl broadband speed. Im.gonna cancell my contract.

I don't know why you're so invested in replying quickly. Of course, nobody will realize that this is a corporate creation from SKY.
My internet is very weak. It freezes regularly in the evenings despite the small number of connected devices at the time. The test shows that everything is okay.
I'm canceling my contract because of the weak and irregular signal; we live in the 21st century, and the internet is like in a backward country. The broadband test doesn't show the actual speed data. Other independent devices or apps show about 30% less.

If you try to cancel whilst still in a minimum term deal you might have to pay an early termination charge (Sky will notify you if you do and how much they’ll charge).
