No internet in my new sky broadband

I've just had my fibre and sky broadband installed and open reach noticed that I can't receive internet they tried loads of different things but my download speed is less than 1 mb where as my uploads is 51mb has anyone had this issue before as on the sky app it's saying the connection is all good??

@J_gxox Sky test the speed of the connection to the hub every day you can find thecresults in the service checker in the My Sky app. While you can havecspeed issues with full fibrecthey are actually very rare.Far more common are issues with WiFi speeds in your home. Check thst your hub is in the best possible pisition which is out in the open on a surface above obstructions likecradiators, you msy need a longer cable from the ONT to the hub which you can buy locally all you need is an ethernet cable.

 

Assuming the hub is in the open you should get the spedd promised on devices in the same room but you msy need wifi extenders for more distant rooms.

Make complaint. Then wait 8 weeks to escalate or cancel within cooling off period.
