Buffering

My broadband is **bleep** it doesn't work everything buffers I'm paying for nothing

Ok so when you say its broken is it slow or is it not working whatsoever. If it's just slow it's likely an issue with your environment, I used work for talk talk I've seen more issue than I've had got dinners. Now 99 times out of 100 it's a customer rectifiable issue and I'm not saying you have done anything wrong but it's quite common that something in your environment be it placement of a device to interference that could cause the issues. So I will ask provide a bit more information and I will be happy to try help but I'm sure someone will get there first but that information is very vital to know what's going on.

So a speed test would be good to start with, your expected speed compared to what sky have told you you're paying for, how many devices are using your connection and if this issue varies depending on time of day. This info is a good starting point.
