Lost internet connection for half an hour or so... I am working from home, and had leg injury so hard to commute to the office. Can someone fix this ASAP?

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Experienced connection issue a couple of times before, and it was back to normal after a few hours. But not this time...

mall 4 lights are green and online check says all okay however, will not connect to phones or TV at all
