No internet connection

Lost internet connection for half an hour or so... I am working from home, and had leg injury so hard to commute to the office. Can someone fix this ASAP?

@Yikun Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

You're talking to other customers here and not Sky.

Thank you! I contact them and will see.

 

Experienced connection issue a couple of times before, and it was back to normal after a few hours. But not this time...
