Connection issues

Connection keeps dropping off in all rooms of my house except the one with the hub. It is not a big house most rooms are within 20-30 feet. Has been doing this ever since connected.

We are having the same issue. Been with sky since April and my son cannot download games on his PC without hard wiring it to the router and same with other son and XBox. I have to use my data on my phone and hotspot the kids as WiFi to our phones is terrible. Sky refuse to accept this. Anyone know what I can do? We're already paying more than originally agreed and sadly tied in for 18 months.
