WI-FI dropping out

Hi .. when I signed up with Sky I told the sales person that my current BT system has a free booster box .. we live in old house and have very think flint walls from front to back of house.  He said that this is ok as sky do boosters.  So I expected to receive a booster.  I didn't .  Now I keep losing Wi-Fi on my iPhone and have to go to another room to get signal back.  Also my work lap top drops out ... this is not acceptable as I work from home and was told that Sky would be as good .. if not better,  than BT .. can you please help sort this urgently.  Thank you

Which sky hub did you get was it black or white ?

Did you take out the broadband boost or sky max wifi subscription?
