No internet connection

My Sky Superfast broadband stopped suddenly yesterday. The hub has power and WiFi lights green but the Internet light is off. The app says the hub isn’t connected. I have tried everything sky trick in the book nd nothing seems to be working to turn it back on.

@sophieecalderr using a mobile connection log into the My Sky app and run the service checker which should either tell you Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line or walk you through some simple checks before offering to book an engineer to check your line.

I have done this and it registers there is a fault/issue. Once I do all that it says it goes to test the connection which doesn't work and then it tells me to come back later to test it.
