No internet connection

I am not the policy holder for the broadband and I have no way of contacting them the broadband has been prepaid so that isn't an issue however I cannot access the internet it has been working for 2 weeks then all of a sudden stopped working on Sunday all the lights are green on the box however there is zero internet connection on my devices and I have no idea what to do as I've already done all of the fixes it suggests online

If a reboot of the hub at the mains doesn't bring it back to life then try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

That doesn't work cause like I said ln the post I'm not the policy holder so I can't run the line test

No I've tried doing that multiple times over the last 40 hours or so since it's been out both resetting on the hub and turning it off at the mains and also unplugging at leaving for 30 seconds

Been told by the landlord that the previous tenants paid two years up front and should run out in June time not now as I've said been using it for 2 weeks without a problem and just stopped midway through the day

@Jack159q So the landlord is paying for it is that what you are saying! What an illegal practice that is!

No the previous tenner paid it two years up front so it's got nothing to do with the broadband being unpaid it's a separate issue about no internet connection it just means I can access the line detector as I'm not the policy holder

@Jack159q What, do you think that sky took 2 years up front money on a monthly payment schedule, the hole is getting deeper by the minute!
