Buffering when using apps -low WiFi speeds when tested

So very fed up with Sky - I have complained about speeds and buffering. Had engineer out said needed extension which we fitted then thought sorted. But no - still can't watch tv and mini boxes constantly kicked off the internet & constant buffering on main box & then losing internet signal!!

We are meant to get 800-900 but it dips to 256 - fibre to the premises! Had so many engineers and all say everything fine... well it isn't as the old sky Q boxes obviously can't cope with the new sky modems! The equipment obviously can't handle each other & now I can't handle SKY! It is rubbish & paying a fortune for stuff we can't watch!!!!

What speed  is your  broadband ? And is your  tv a sky glass tv or are you  using  a sky q box ?
