Buffering when using apps -low WiFi speeds when tested

So very fed up with Sky - I have complained about speeds and buffering. Had engineer out said needed extension which we fitted then thought sorted. But no - still can't watch tv and mini boxes constantly kicked off the internet & constant buffering on main box & then losing internet signal!!

What speed  is your  broadband ? And is your  tv a sky glass tv or are you  using  a sky q box ?
