No internet connection

I've gone through sky's online checks which says everything is good but I am getting no internet connection on any of my devices or Tv. 
My router is showing 3 green lights which usually indicates that everything is working in my set up. The fact that my phone has switched itself to 4 G and also isn't getting connected via sky seems to suggest that it is a network problem that I have no power to sort.

@DianeMac How did you manage to post on the Forum if everything is down, are you on another network now!

@DianeMac When forced to connect on wireless you have a connection but say's connected to wireless not connected to the Internet.

The service checker does not always get the indication for the fault as that could be anywhere, and having all the green lights what hub do you have as you only say 3 lit, link below shows the hub's. Also you may wish to power off the hub just incase, but do not continually keep doing so.

I have the Sky Q hub with the 3 lights on the front. 
A reset of the hub produces 3 green lights but no connection with sky.

@DianeMac So you are aware, that sky Q hub is coming to an end off life, security type issue with Dec 2025 the period, sky are doing a phased change free replacement so do watch out for any e-mail for your requested prompt or a letter in the post.

 

The norm for the condition that you are reporting is switch the hub off for an hour and see if it can connect somewhere else on the sky network.

@DianeMac Was replying as you will see, your connection glitched to the sky server that it was connected too, does happen from time to time....
