The speed of our broadband is very poor

We have a new router and an engineer has checked everything indoors is fine but we still have very poor Broadband speed (Fast Check shows download 4.9 and upload 9.0mbps and Which Check show download 11 and upload 9.00 mbps).  The problem is outside of the house and we need an engineer to come and check the external copper cable and sort this issue out as it is making it impossible to work from home.

@Helen1603 If you already had a fault, and the required steps that were taken to repair the fault have not worked, then you need to call sky and inform them that is the case. Posting as you have on the Forum will not work to get you anywhere as you are NOT talking with sky.

@Helen1603 If you have a landline connected then dial 150, if not the link below in the need more help will show you the number to dial, just listen to the phone prompts and if it tries to send you to the Forum remain quite and hopefully you get queued to speak with an agent.
