No internet connection

A new customer. Set up my modem this morning as instructed. Done all checks and tested system on the MySky app which says up and running. However i have linked both my iPad and phone to the WiFi but it will not connect to the internet. In my iPad setting it says no internet connection beneath the sky WiFi address  and on safari it says cannot open page as iPad not connected to internet. I haven't tried my smart tv yet but assume there will be a similar problem. As a new customer I am most unimpressed! Help please asap. Thank you

If today is your activation date then data might not start flowing before midnight tonight.  The text message from Openreach is typically somewhat premature.

Service now up and running. Went live about 17. 30 yesterday 😀
