No max hub

Basically the engineeris out tomorrow to fit sky fibre but my max hub hasn't even been dispatched yet what do I do

The engineers will still be able to do their part of the work, you just wont have the hub to plug in and get internet access. Are you sure your install is still scheduled for tomorrow as often a delayed hub dispatch can mean your install is also delayed?

Update: after being given a time slot and being exceeded I called to find out why nobody came. Turns out that there is nobody coming. The back up box on the van Is no more and I have to wait a further week for my installation
