No internet connection

All tests completed and rebooted  Still Have no internet connection shown on screen of sky Q box

@Geoffrey+Powell are your other devices connecting? If they arent and the leds on your Sky hub show it has lost connection (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start ) then  call Sky if the online connection test is not indicating tgey are already aware of a fault in your area.

 

If it is only your Sky Q box thst has lost connection go inti its network settings and follow the instructions there BUT if its a Q mini box and you have a white Sky Hub makecsurecyou try to link it to another Q box not to the hub itself.
