@Greytide17 looks like who ever updated the order info linked it to the internal case ref which like such systems means losds to Sky staff but nothing to customers. If you call Sky the agent can probably explain what the implications are. However at a guess its something like "waiting on update from Openreach" as that is by far the most common status where an order is not preceding as planned.
