Despite all checks on my broadband signal saying it's fine, it is not. The app said everytihng was fine and connected when all the lights were off on the broadband router!! We have no internet connection how and when will you resolve this?

Yes it claims to be working fine when plugged in (all lights green) but nothing can access the internet.
Did a test using the Sky service checker which found nothing.

Sky Broadband stopped working. Showing power on but no green light showing for internet. Done a broad land test via sky portal, says everything is ok but in reality everything is not ok!!
No access to internet!
