Tried sky tests and tried all home tests and cable connections but not working - telephone ok but broadband not working

My WiFi appears to be on and connected to all off my devices but nothing will load on any phones tablets or consoles it says the wifi is running but it definitely isn't. As in I can load up social media and it looks like it works but nothing loads along with consoles I am able to load them up it says it's connected then won't let me do anything because it's not got any wifi

I have checked my WiFi in the house on the app and it says there's no problems but phones and tv says no internet

Sky broadband and isn't working but your system is saying it's fine, sky Q box is saying it's down

The sky wifi is down in all rooms from the main router

Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
