Broadband not working

Tried sky tests and tried all home tests and cable connections but not working - telephone ok but broadband not working

Wifi on but not working

My WiFi appears to be on and connected to all off my devices but nothing will load on any phones tablets or consoles it says the wifi is running but it definitely isn't. As in I can load up social media and it looks like it works but nothing loads along with consoles I am able to load them up it says it's connected then won't let me do anything because it's not got any wifi

No WiFi

I have checked my WiFi in the house on the app and it says there's no problems but phones and tv says no internet

No internet

No broadband in Ipswich. Says nothing connected but it has WiFi and hard wired connections. Sky says all working . Any ideas please

Internet connection is down

The internet is down and says no connection

Not working

WiFi box has 2 orange light on but when I test broadband it's saying it's fine when it clearly isn't

@Chelsea50  If you give it around an hour then test again so that the historical data is wiped from the service checker and it should give you different information. Handy directions below.

 

Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

@Tommoran  Did you run the tests as soon as it went down. As what you would have seen is historical information. Run it again following the directions below.
