No internet connection

We have no internet. We have turned router on and off and pressed the side button. We have gone on the home page and gone to settings and it's still showing no internet connection. We gave pressed the button on Q box and turned off at the wall and still nothing I have spoken to someone from sky who said he would take a look but the cut me off....please help!

@Marie502 doubtvthey cut you off intentionally. To  save you calling Sky again I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
