Parental control on broadband

I can't seem to change the parental controls on my broadband. Everything is exposed to the age of 18!! The tv is fine but not the broadband

@NikkiNoos you should be able to change the Broadband Shield settings by logging into the My Sky app or website and navigatingbto product settings. It should be possible to change the setting there assuming you are logged in as the Account Holder. If you get stuck give Sky a call.
